Our Collaborative Approach
We do not replace therapy. We provide the medical foundation your patients need to fully engage in the work they are already doing with you. We handle medication management and executive function strategies while respecting and protecting your established therapeutic relationship.
Who We Support
We evaluate and treat a broad spectrum of adult mental health needs, with a specialized focus on neuro-affirming care. We welcome referrals for:
- General psychiatric care, including anxiety, depression, and mood support.
- Severe cognitive fatigue, chronic stress, and executive dysfunction.
- Adult ADHD and Autism evaluations and medication management.
- Complex presentations, including high-masking adults, AuDHD, and treatment-resistant anxiety masking as neurodivergent burnout.

With a clinical foundation built in Level I trauma, critical care, and emergency transport, I approach psychiatry through a systems-based lens. I understand what happens when a human nervous system is pushed to its absolute limits—whether in an extreme physical environment or through the chronic, quiet exhaustion of masked neurodivergent burnout.
At Outerworld Mental Health, I provide highly nuanced, neuro-affirming medication management and psychiatric care. My goal is to move beyond rigid diagnostic checklists to treat the whole patient, providing the medical stabilization they need to thrive in their daily lives and in their sessions with you.
