My path to psychiatry didn’t start in a quiet office. I spent years working as a paramedic and a critical care nurse, while seeing humanity at its most vulnerable. That background fundamentally shaped how I practice today: I learned early on that you can't just treat the physical body without fiercely protecting the mind and the nervous system that runs it.
By nature, I am a protector and a guide. Outside of being a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am a twin, a big sister, and a mom to two daughters. I am also the resident Dungeon Master for my family’s D&D campaigns. I am here to hold a safe space, validate your story, and help you strategize your next move, but I will never force you down a questline that doesn't fit your build.
I’m based right here in West Palm Beach, Florida. Alongside my psychiatric practice, I also work research in aerospace nursing as the former Director of Space Medicine for She Orbits, and I'm currently studying bioastronautics at the International Institute of Astronautical Sciences. I love exploring how humans adapt to extreme environments, whether that is astronauts in microgravity, or neurodivergent adults navigating a world that wasn't built for them.
When I’m not in session, my "third place" is usually a digital one. You can find me running dungeons in World of Warcraft, playing Helldivers 2, or starting yet another Mass Effect playthrough (RIP). I'm new to anime (i resisted for a long time) and was introduced to this world thanks to Demon Slayer and became addicted after watching Attack on Titan but i will NEVER... watch ONE PIECE 🤣.
Welcome to the Outerworld
Take a breath, drop the mask, and let's get started.
